Lifestyle is the way in which we can live by including our personal style, possessions and attitude. It can be said as “A way or style of Living”. We can live a luxury and pleasurable life when we have all the luxury items in our house for our lifestyle. In other words it can also be the interest, behavior and opinions of an individual. We can also consider many factors for living a pleasant lifestyle.

Nowadays Lifestyle can be expressed in both work and behavior of an individual basis. i.e.  In term of persons activities, his interests, his opinions, his life values, and his income. It also reflects people’s image; the way they see themselves and believe how they are seen and treated by the others.

Nowadays millions of people follow an unhealthy lifestyle. And so they encounter many critical illness, and disability. Some diseases occur by unhealthy lifestyle like hypertension, cardiac problem, joint and skeleton problems, metabolic diseases, overweight, violence and so on.


A healthy lifestyle is important for everyone. We should always look after our health so that we don’t have mental illness. There are many ways through which we can maintain a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle means doing things which makes us happy and feels good. Some person maintains a healthy life by walking daily, doing regular exercise and spending time with their loved ones every day.

Staying physically healthy can help us to stay healthy emotionally too. If we're eating balanced and right food for keeping ourselves fit, then our body will be strong and help us to fight illness and also to cope with stress. Eating healthy food and doing regular exercise help us to stay in good health later in life.

Lifestyle is the content of about person’s everyday life. Cooking, Travelling, health, gardening, leisure, personal finances, fitness, cosmetics, interior design, hobbies, work-life balance — all of these are categories that describes our lifestyle.

Some factors that affect lifestyle are :

• Avoid smoking
• Less use of alcohol
• Doing regular exercise
• Drinking lot of water
• Eating a balanced diet
• Check physical and mental health
• Being physically active
